This is the trailer we made to promote our production of "Our Town" by Thornton Wilder in May, of 2015.  Many thanks to Vinny Foti and Cullen Delmore for working with me on this.

This film attempts to document the challenges and satisfactions encountered by the Country Gate Playhouse, in Belvidere, New Jersey, as it approaches a production of Thornton Wilder’s play, "Our Town."  Many thanks to all who participated in the project, especially Vinny Foti  and Cullen Delmore, without whose assistance, the film could not have been made.  Also, grateful appreciation is expressed to the members of the Country Gate Players  “Our Town “ company.  Music is comprised of iMovie and GarageBand loops.  End credit music is Chopin’s Fugue in A minor, B. 144 performed by Aya Higuchi  (PD, CC)

This is almost exactly the same as the film above.  However, it refers to community theatre in general rather than ours specifically.

This a video version of a talk I  gave at a meeting of the Washington, NJ,  Kiwanis Club, December 1, 2015. The talk was an informal history of the Country Gate Players which I thought might serve as an interesting archive of our work.
